Library
Most knowledge disappears the moment the meeting ends.
Reports get filed. Articles get bookmarked. Presentations get shared once and never opened again. The knowledge exists - it is just not findable, not organised, and not connected to anything that would make it useful.
That is not a storage problem. It is a structure problem.
Library is the place where what your organisation knows - actually knows, not just what it has collected - becomes visible, navigable, and useful to the people who need it. Curated resources, reference material, accumulated thinking - organised so it compounds rather than disappears.
A library is not an archive. An archive is where things go to be forgotten.
The thinking underneath is different.
When that bar is applied consistently, something changes. The Library stops being a graveyard for past output and starts being a living reference - something people come back to because it reliably gives them what they need. That is the difference between a repository and a resource.
Library sits alongside the other domains - Intelligence, Pulse, Assembly, Reveal, Personal - each capturing a different dimension, each feeding the same underlying structure. But Library is the one that holds what you have learned. Without it, every project starts from scratch. With it, the organisation gets smarter over time.
