Graham reads a lot of snark, and a lot about Trump.
There’s a lot of crossover, needless to say. But to this chap, the most recent irksome trend is the caricaturing of POTUS 45 as a small child, four or younger.
EXACTLY like that one - none of us are innocent … but let’s get back to the plot …
The point is that this chap would contend that the characterization of Trump as child is at best darn right insulting. Small children are much better than that, as this New York Times piece, among others, has been at pains to point out. Kids look for information and try to find out how things are. They will even look for information that contradicts an existing worldview. 
1] They pay attention, even to things that don’t have their names or pictures all over them.
Staff members are being forced to strategically include the President’s name in the reports to ensure that he keeps reading and doesn’t get distracted, they said. National Security Council officials make sure “as many paragraphs as we can because he keeps reading if he’s mentioned”, they told Reuters.
The trick is part of a range of techniques developed by officials to keep Mr Trump’s infamously short attention span focused on important information. The Independent
2] They care about other people, and quickly develop ideas of how they could make others feel better. 
3] They have a keen sense of right and wrong, of fairness and unfairness, normal and abnormal. And it matters to them that others adhere to those norms. Oh, and by the way … 4] They don’t tell blatant lies in an attempt to change reality.

In This Chap’s view, the introduction of some childish ethics to the White House would be a welcome change.
Any ethics at all, really.
