It’s not just Trump …. Jacob Siegal - who knows nothing more about the new Apple phone than everybody else has decided that despite a headline that casts Apple into the dustbin of technology: “Delays and an inflated price could doom the iPhone 8”, he’s going to keep all his options open. Apparently the new phone is so expensive that people won’t buy it - but still Apple won’t be able to satisfy the demand …
new components and features of the phone are expected to drive the price up to around $1,000, which would make it prohibitively expensive.
and in the very next sentence …
the company could face significant constraints when it comes to manufacturing enough phones to satisfy demand.
You can’t make this stuff up … which is why I tip my hat to the antler tippers …
