I’ll save you the read - if you are a young worker - you probably feel that the older generation doesn’t get it - and how much you are struggling. While older workers - just look at the youth and think they have it all. The fact is - the other ‘man’s’ grass is definitely greener - but in fact it is a downtrodden mud patch - just like yours.
