Queen Elizabeth II raised eyebrows by ditching the traditional regal attire and opting instead for a simpler outfit.
But have to say - we agree with the other observation … the Queen was trolling Theresa … after all - her hat is very much a very close approximation to the EU’s flag (as illustrated).
