The Future Forgot To Arrive

robot-butlerWhen I was a kid, the science fiction I read often had a consistent vein of truth running through it - as the world became more automated - we were going to enter the leisure age’ - Robots / Automatons were going to serve us, do our work - we were going to just ‘enjoy’ our lives.

Not seeing that myself - how about you ?
