BUT - aside from that, I still maintain that the DNA of Branson - and hence Virgin - is Customer Centricity - exemplified by Service Excellence, delighting their customers and ensuring that each and every experience of their customers is good. With that done - Social is another set of tools that can be applied to that core principle.
Corollary - if you do not have that core principle - as Bob once said - “The Answer Is Blowing In The Wind.”
